Today I made a traditional Nepali tomato pickle using the authentic silauta & lohoro grinding method 😍

First, I boiled fresh tomatoes, then added coriander leaves, timur (Sichuan pepper), green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and peanuts. After that, everything was slowly ground in the silauta, and finally, the boiled tomatoes were mixed and crushed gently until the pickle was perfectly blended.
