Shoutout to Charlie Garnett, Rye varsity football star, who had an awesome game this Friday against Lakeland. He had 5 carries and averaged 10 yards per carry. Way to go Charlie.

Shout Out to Beau Whaling for having a record game last night in a big win for Rye Varsity Field Hockey where she scored 5 goals!

Congrats to Rafferty McSweeney on a huge game and especially on making a huge play when it was needed. Couldn’t have done it without great throws by fellow SAST member, AJ Miller.

Shout Out to our Rye Football SAST boys on another gritty win to move to 3 & 0. Bobby Townshend, Jack Mullooly, Luke Iuliano, Will Bainbridge, AJ Miller, Raf McSweeny, and Shep Griffiths. Our boys stepped up in the 2H and especially the final minutes when all their grinding on the off season paid off. We are especially proud of the tough D that kept us in the game. Nice win boys.

Shout Out to Rye Varsity Field Hockey on back to back wins vs Pearl River and John Jay. Our SAST girls were all over the stat sheets: Scarlett Karm 1 goal & 1 assist, Beau Whaling 1 goal & 2 assists & Lilly Whaling 2 goals and 2 assists. Keep it rolling girls!

Shout out to the Rye Varsity Football Team on an awesome 43-22 win vs Cornwall. Our boys stepped up huge with great line play dominating the trenches led by Bobby Townshend and Luke Iuliano and tough defense by Will Bainbridge and offensive firepower by AJ Miller who passed for 336 yards and 4 touchdowns, 2 of them to Shep Griffiths and 1 to Rafferty McSweeney. Congrats boys, great to see your summer grinding pay off.

Shout out to SAST Member A.J. Miller for all the grinding he did this summer to get himself ready for the Rye football season which started yesterday. Good luck to A.J. and the rest of the team.
