Inner Strength Coaching is now Inner Strength Wellness Center! On Saturday, April 18th we had our grand opening and it was simply amazing! We are so excited to serve the community, our community, of Belleville New Jersey! It was truly a day of deep meditation and reflection on how we can adress the mental health needs of the community. We had a community circle of family, friends, clients, fellow therapist and community leaders, all together with one common goal, bringing wellness to the people that need it most and to ourselves actually as we meditated and sat through a sound bath together! We had an amazing drummer who took us on a Journey of self exploration that was very powerful! We look forward to continuing to bring mind-body-soul work to the community in a space that was created with intention for healing and transformation!

We are so excited to announce our grand opening that will be on Saturday, April 18th from 12-2pm. This is a safe space that was created with intention and passion for helping people learn how to practice whole person wellness. Our goal is to welcome the community into a space of healing, empowerment and transformation! Whether you want to engage in therapy, a meditation group or a wellness workshop we have a wide range of services to offer!

We work from a holistic perspective because a person cannot be fully understood without examining all parts of the self. By exploring all parts of the person we get to the root of what areas need improvement to decrease symptoms of a mental health condition.
