For anyone who doesn't understand why the R-word is offensive or what the big deal is...let them hear it from the man they are insulting when they use it to put someone else down.

Tomorrow is the Kandoo Band Concert in Murphy Auditorium! Show your support for Iona and those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by attending - doors open at 6 pm. Free for Iona students, $5 for guests. All ticket proceeds benefit Best Buddies New York. Our Awareness shirts will be on sale for $10 each and there will be a bake sale to benefit the Arizona mission team as well! Additionally, some of our very own Coffeehouse favorites will be singing during intermission! See you there!

After Spring Break, we will be hosting a concert to raise Awareness for the campaign for Social Acceptance....we are spreading the word to end the word, and we are prepared to rock out in support of the community of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities! Our Awareness shirts will be on sale for $10, there will be refreshments, and a pledge to Spread the Word will be available to sign! March 29th at 6:00pm in Murphy Auditorium - save the date!! Free for Iona Students!
