MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!

This year's "Pink Out" game is slated for October 16. Wear your best pink duds and join Ben Blecha with the Eastern Plains Sports Network at Prairie On 10/16 to cheer our team on to victory while supporting a great cause!

50 days from the start of Pink Out 2026! 💕🎀🏐 Since 2007, we have worked with our local volleyball teams and raised more than $125,000 for the Northeast Colorado Cancer Resource Association.

This year, we are excited to have SEVEN area schools participating in our campaign! Ben Blecha and crew with be hosting events throughout the month of October:

10/9 - Peetz Volleyball
10/15 - Sterling Volleyball
10/16 - Prairie Volleyball
10/20 - Caliche Volleyball
10/23 - Merino & Northeastern Volleyball
10/27 - Fleming Volleyball

Thanks to the support of Banner Health and the David Walsh Cancer Center, Nelson Roofing, Fashion and Rations and Bank of Colorado, the hosting teams' shirts will be free of charge! And each of these teams will be selling shirts to their communities to help us raise money. Stay posted for links to order coming soon!

We'll also have shirts for sale at each of our events thanks to Banner Health's Leadership Team who will have information on services offered through the David Walsh Cancer Center. So there are many ways for you to give! And, if you're at another volleyball game where they're raising money for their separate campaign, we encourage you to give to them, too. We are stronger when we are together!

Our preschool class started their school year today and they are making themselves right at home! They had library first thing this morning with Ms. Kelly + also got introduced to Mrs. Higgins and the music room!

(Two of our friends were clinging to Ms.Kelly and were a bit camera shy in the library picture!💕)

Prairie Athletics Schedule Updates 📣🏈🏐

A few **High School Prairie Athletics schedule updates**:

🏈 **Prairie Football:** October 2 — moved from home to Otis, 7:00 PM.

🏐🏈 **High School Volleyball & Football:** Caliche has moved from **Friday, September 18 to Saturday, September 19** with **Volleyball starting at 4:00 PM** and **Prairie Football at 7:00 PM** that evening.

🏐 **High School Volleyball:** Haxtun has moved from **October 13 to October 29 at 4:00 PM**.

MUSTANG ATHLETICS ARE BACK! This morning, both our football + volleyball teams opened their season with a scrimmage. It's going to be a fun year for Prairie Athletics!

MUSTANG FOOTBALL IS BACK! The Mustangs hit the field this weekend for scrimmages against the Otis Bulldogs and Peetz Bulldogs! There were plenty of tackles, touchdowns, big plays, and the Mustangs are looking strong. This is shaping up to be a competitive and exciting season! Proud of these boys and ready to see what they do this fall! GO MUSTANGS!

In addition to our high school volleyball team opening up their season today with a scrimmage, our football team is also opening their season with a scrimmage at Otis! It's a GREAT day to be a MuStAnG! 🖤🏈💛
