200 hours, a ton of yoga, so many laughs, and maybe a few tears and here we are! Congratulations to our 1st graduating class of Certified Yoga Teachers. Thank you for trusting us, giving 100% plus, and for the joy you brought to this journey.

You aren't going to be great teachers, you already are. Yoga on ladies. 🧘‍♀️

To everyone who showed their support for our soon-to-be Yoga Teachers this weekend, you have filled our hearts with gratitude and joy! The journey to becoming a Certified Teacher is a long one that takes so much commitment and focus. Heather proved that on Sunday with her beautiful practice.

We have 3 more Free Karma Yoga Classes coming up and we hope to see you there.

We are half way through our current YTT and already dreaming about our next. Training begins in January 2026 at Flow Yoga Studio in Port Richey, FL.
