Welcome Back!

Well its been a hot minute since I've been on! A lot has been happening here and I have created some new recipes!! I have an amazing lasagna and an Exclusive to The Vegan Granny, a Vegan Granny Casserole. I've been creating Jams and doing some canning with my tomato soup and spaghetti sauce. I also made some strawberry white wine vinegar and canned some strawberry onions with strawberry tops! Stocking up!!

So today I felt a little creative!! I had some vegan rib eye steaks in the freezer. So I thawed them out and made them for dinner. But where I got creative, I made this amazing 3 bean side dish!
