🌟 Today, as I stand in my daughter’s living room, I am filled with gratitude and joy. At 55, my journey has been anything but easy—I’ve faced divorce, cancer, the loss of a child, and the wounds of abuse and betrayal. Yet here I am, smiling and embracing the beauty of the moment.

Both of my daughters are remarkable women. One is preparing for law school next year, while the other is working toward her PhD. They have both been busy, but we took the time to cherish this moment together. It serves as a reminder that no matter how heavy our burdens, joy is possible if we are willing to face ourselves and our truth.
