Here's another Mahj Tip from Sheila!

During the Charleston, always add the tiles you receive to your rack before deciding what to pass. Even if you already know you're going to pass some of them, taking that extra step keeps other players from learning which tiles you don't need.

If you immediately pass along the same tiles someone just gave you, you've shared valuable information about your hand without meaning to. Keeping your opponents guessing is part of good strategy.

Sometimes it's the smallest habits that make the biggest difference at the table.

The event features social and tournament play for players of all experience levels, lunch, cocktails, and more!⁠ ⁠ Please join us for our full schedule of events, listed below:⁠ ⁠ ☀️ Welcome Reception | Sunday, 9/27, 12:30 – 2 pm⁠ ⁠ Meet and mingle with other players ahead of Monday’s tournament.
