I was wondering what factors motivate, implement and sustain cultural change that is needed in our workplaces? What role do the AORN Guidelines play in this?

Have your Say! Time is fast approaching!
Hello Everyone,
It is important to us that we are providing support that is directed by you. We would appreciate you taking a moment to fill out our survey by clicking this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LSANeedsAssessment.

Your feedback will provide us with valuable information to assist us in developing topics for our education webinars and Town Hall meetings. So far this year the Town Hall's have had great member discussions. There is a space for freehand feedback about education but feel free to add any feedback you feel will assist us in our services to the Leadership Specialty Assembly membership and you would like discussed face to face at our business meeting during AORN's 2018 Global Surgical Conference and Expo. New Orleans will be a great venue for us to come together and have a great face to face meeting!

The survey will be available for two weeks and close Monday, Oct. 16th. Thank you for your ideas.
