Here we go...POPPIN UP!!
I started Pop Up Yoga classes almost 15 years ago on The Bayou, in City and Audubon parks and various cool spots around town, sometimes bringing horses ๐ sometimes popping up in wine bars like Swirl ๐ท
After a little hiatus doing pop-ups I'm ready to bring them back, offering different levels ranging from fun and acrobatic to somatic and meditative . I will start putting out invites with details -stay posted!

Ventura ! Come out for some pop up beach yoga this Saturday !
I'm offering a donation based easy flow class for all levels- I am a Yoga/Pilates teacher from New Orleans and in your lovely town to soak up some ocean air and share my unique blend of core based, somatic release yoga with focus on breath work and grounding.
We will meet in Marina Park on a sweet grassy hill facing the Pacific in all its glory ! The sun will be out and you should be too ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ ๐ โ๏ธ
