It’s such a joy to document @nljc_northshore_chapter each year. Watching returning students grow in confidence and leadership, while welcoming new faces stepping into the journey for the first time, is something truly special. Seeing them dance with their parents or grandparents, hearing the “yes ma’ams” and “no sirs,” and watching their kindness, respect, and character shine through is a beautiful reminder that they’re building life skills and manners that will carry them far beyond these moments and serve them well throughout life. Fun was had by all at the Junior Cotillion Black & White Ball and High School Cotillion Black & White Spring Social. Students practiced the important life skills learned throughout the season and parents enjoyed dancing the waltz with their children. So much fun was had by our Year Two and High School students at our annual cultural outing! We enjoyed a class at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans on manners in public places and theater etiquette then walked to the Saenger Theatre to watch the Broadway Musical Back to the Future.
