I had the honor of attending the Female Culinary Stars Come Together Women’s History Month Luncheon at Brennan’s — a powerful gathering of talented women shaping the future of food.
From the inspiring chefs to the thoughtfully curated menu, every moment was a reminder of the strength, creativity, and impact of women in our industry.
And one of the highlights of the day — having the opportunity to meet Mrs. Fawn Weaver. Her presence, leadership, and story continue to inspire so many of us. ✨
Grateful to be in rooms like this, surrounded by brilliance, purpose, and sisterhood.

As President of an incredible chapter, I’m so proud of what we accomplished together. 💜
Les Dames d’Escoffier NOLA hosted our annual Leading From The Heart Awards Breakfast, and it was a powerful reminder of what happens when women come together to uplift, support, and celebrate one another.
This event is more than a gathering — it’s our commitment to continue standing up for women in the hospitality space and investing in their growth, leadership, and impact.
Grateful for this community and honored to lead it. ✨

This International Women’s Month, I’m incredibly grateful to share a little of my journey — from a young girl in New Orleans who fell in love with cooking to becoming a chef, educator, and founder of Deelightful Roux School of Cooking.
My mission has always been bigger than food. It’s about preserving culture, uplifting community, and creating spaces where stories are told through every dish.

From New Orleans to nationwide, our mission has always been bigger than the kitchen. It’s about feeding bodies, minds, and futures.
