Le Cochon Bourré (The Stuffed Pig) is a catering company specializing in Louisiana Cuisine, Southern cuisine and BBQ. Chef James Cullen studied at the French Culinary Institute in NYC, and has worked at some of Manhattan's and Hoboken's top restaurants, including Pearl Oyster Bar and Amanda's respectively.
