The Veterinary Technology Program is a 2-year full-time Program that leads to an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree upon graduation. Following graduation, graduates of the Program can sit for the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE) in order to become a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Louisiana. What You’ll Do: • Greet clients and their pets with warmth, kindness, and professionalism • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls • Process payments and maintain accurate client records • Support our veterinary team with a variety of administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and people skills • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems (veterinary software is a plus!) • Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but not required • A genuine love for pets and their people
