Key return envelopes are being distributed to your mailbox this week.The envelopes have your name and mailbox number printed on them.

PLEASE USE THIS ENVELOPE TO RETURN YOUR KEY TO MAIL SERVICES BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE SUMMER.

All mailbox keys must be returned to Mail Services.

(summer students can keep their key but must register with Mail Services , see link below).

Keys should be returned to the Mail Services counter or the designated drop box.

DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN YOUR MAILBOX!!!

Students not returning keys by May 22, 2017 wil be charged a non-refundable $60 fee to cover lock change expenses.

You will receive a confirmation email of your key return when it is checked in.

Mailbox Renewal and Summer Mail Forwarding

The end of the school year is rapidly approaching, and with it various end of the year procedures regarding your campus mailbox at Tulane must be completed.

In order to ensure proper mail handling for the summer and following semesters, we need to verify your planned status and forwarding address.

PLEASE COMPLETE A SUMMER MAIL FORWARDING AND FALL MAILBOX RENEWAL FORM:

Summer Mail forwarding will begin the week of May 22.

Failure to complete a form may result in the loss of your current mailbox assignment for the following semester or disruption of your mail delivery.

Mailbox Key Returns

The week of May 1, a key return envelope with your name and mailbox number will be placed in your mailbox. Please use this envelope to return your mailbox key. Keys must be turned in either to the Mail Services Counter or Letter Drop Box before you leave for the summer (students staying on campus this summer can keep their key, provided they have completed the summer status form).

DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN YOUR MAILBOX

Failure to turn in a mailbox key will result in a non-refundable $60 charge to your accounts receivable to cover charges to replace the lock. The final deadline to avoid these charges is May 22, 2017.

Mardi Gras Holiday 2017

Mail Services will be closed from Saturday, February 25th through Tuesday, February 28th due to Mardi Gras Holidays.

Please note that due to citywide activities, access to campus for deliveries will be limited and subject to delays.

Full services will resume on Wednesday, March 1.

Shipping into New Orleans has been delayed due to the weather. Based on information from all carriers, we expect delays and variable delivery through Tuesday, February 2, 2014.

Reminder: Mail Services will be closed for Thanksgiving Holidays November 28 to December 1.

Normal operations will resume Monday December 2, 2013

Tulane's Cairo Santos Named a Finalist for the 2013 Senior CLASS Award Tulane senior kicker Cairo Santos is one of 10 NCAA® Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) student-athletes, who excel both on and off the field, to be selected as a finalist today for the 2013 Senior CLASS Award® in collegiate football.

1. FedEx has closed the trailers on Newcomb Place and transferred all packages to us in Bruff.
2. Sign your mailbox contract and pick up your mailbox key if you have not already done so.
3. We are open late- until 7:00PM tonight and tomorrow.
