As you can see it's January 20 and I'm getting around to posting a New Year's resolution. You can probably guess that I'm Not a big fan of New Year's resolutions. Heck, why should are calibrations and affirming our goals arise simply because the earth justt ended one trip around the sun?!

That said, any excuse to get direction and focus back is a good thing.

Long ago a leadership guru told me he retained far more by reading/listening/watching 1 quality book/tape/DVD 10 times than 10 various once. Made sense to me! Years later I can say it was one of the best decisions I made. I am always having so many books suggested and so little time.
