You are the sum of all your ‘parts’. They have value and purpose. They have created the you that you are today. Appreciate the ones that empower you, heal the ones that hurt you. Love the insight each have shared❤️❤️
Often men think women want $$, prestige, looks, etc. But the simple truth is this, they need to KNOW & FEEL they are safe. Constantly, reliably, and absolutely safe.
Partnership is structured in trust & reliability. This is the healthy standard. Not height, not weight, not $$$.
Learn about yourself. Refine those parts that learned a better way to live; learned to thrive.
Any strong woman would welcome a place that is truly safe to lean into…. And safety express her vulnerability and femininity.
Emotional ions can teach us something about the self. Language can cue attitudes we normalize but need to be checked!
