Sometimes, we take for granted the beauty of the natural world. My trip to Costa Rica has made me grateful that natural habitats & ecosystems exist; despite living among commercialism & consumerism. It's also a reminder that abundance doesn't only exist in material objects. It was my first solo trip. Although it was brief, it is a reminder that connection can be made anywhere as long as you are open to it.

Whirlwind of a month. Finally had some time to reflect at work. First full-time position as a licensed creative art therapist. Feeling grateful for this opportunity, and the staff at my new job. I'm still adjusting, but I'm glad to be in an office setting. Working from home can be isolating.
