Parents, talk about 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 with your kids. Growth mindset means that we have the ability to change who we are. It should seem obvious, but research shows that most kids believe in fixed intelligence - that some people are born smart and others not, and there's nothing they can do about it!

When kids believe in growth mindset, they're more likely to see the value in studying and practice. They become less fixated on immediate results and more focused on process. In short, they start to become self-directed learners.
