Have you ever wondered what it would sound like if John Williams scored a cooking show?

As part of our new website (www.professorbaumol.com) we'll be featuring a few original compositions by the Professor himself. This piece, entitled "Marsala", imagines an answer to the question above, assigning musical themes to the various ingredients making up the classic dish, Chicken Marsala, and subsequently weaving them together to provide a cinematic-style soundtrack to the process of cooking.
