Start each day with a grateful heart💖
Not every day is a good day, but there is always something, in every day, to find gratitude in.
Whenever I’m going through a particularly challenging period in my life, reminding myself that I’ve faced challenges before helps change my perspective😉
Instead of focusing on all the things that feel insurmountable, I try to focus on the things I’ve overcome or what I have, instead of what I’ve yet to achieve👇🏼
This is also a good reminder that striving needn’t be our sole purpose for doing something—sometimes the purpose is the pure enjoyment of the moment or the lesson learned.
