Thanks again to everyone that helped sit with prizes and helped pick up food deliveries for Class of 2023 Project Graduation. It was Amazing, Exhausting, Full of Smiles and Drama Free - I couldn't of asked for better!!

Reminder to the volunteer Clean Up Crew - Maintenance at Cyr Gates should be able to let us in at 6:30 AM tomorrow morning to start cleaning up.

Ok, I have reached out to all Volunteers individually. This is all for tomorrow Tuesday, May 16th. PRIZE SITTERS have been contacted and reminded of the slots they signed up for. FOOD PICK UPS have been contacted and given their destinations and details for that. TEAR DOWN CREW is to arrive Friday morning, May 19th starting at 6am. If you have a trailer or truck this is preferred but ok if not. You will help tear down and those that can will assist to bring totes back to storage. I plan to be there to take back all the donated things that were borrowed.
**** Please remember to sign in when you arrive at the building for any of the volunteer spots.
Please note: There were more volunteers than were needed for Food Pick ups. Also some time frames didn't work out. I can assure you, If you were at the JR parent meeting and signed up for a slot but were not needed you will still receive your point for your child. I will be turning the original list back into Kelly and Jamie.
I cannot tell you how appreciative we are of each and every one of you. We are sol blessed to live in the Village that we do.

Hey everyone! It's getting close for our LHS Class of 2023 and I am super excited! Thanks to everyone from Class of 2024 that has volunteered to help on graduation day so that our 2023 parents can spend the day preparing with their graduate.

The food list is being compiled and we will have locations and times by the end of week. I will reach out to everyone on the pick up list with your To Do.

The prize sit schedule is almost complete I will post that at end of week as well.

Next week I will reach out to our clean up crew as a reminder for that too.

Recap for tonight if you want to share with Junior parents

Project Graduation notes and information from tonight's meeting. The Junior parents volunteer to help with 3 things for Project Graduation this year.

Food Pickup: Starting around 4pm volunteers are needed to pickup food from various vendors and drop off at the building. The Food Chair will assign pickups.

Prize Sitting- Volunteers are needed to sit with the prizes from 1pm-9pm. There will be shifts. You simply stay in the building to provide "security" for the prizes while the Senior parents attend graduation.

Tear Down: all schools are involved on this day and we basically tear down and pack up all decorations. It's usually goes pretty fast with lots of volunteers.

If you are interested in signing up please let me know prior to the 20th and I can give your information to the Chairperson. Any volunteering you do now counts toward your points for next year. If you have any questions please feel free to ask
