For A Girl Program

The ForAGirl Initiative promotes girls' engagement in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

High school students participating in ForAGirl will receive hands-on training in software development for research. Students will design and test video games aimed to benefit females in areas where women are disproportionately impacted. Those participating will have opportunities to attend lectures and receive mentorship from distinguished women faculty at Yale. Topics covered will focus on STEM, medicine, and research.
