Hey all my derby fans! I miss you all and the track. I've been keeping busy by hooping and performing as Lady Blaze. And now I'm also teaching several hoop classes which means I can't attend roller derby practice. But you can come workout with me and a hoop. It's great exercise and burns 300-500 calories an hour, it's also super fun. Don;t know how to hoop? No problem. I have several sized hoops. There will be one perfect for your body. So check out the dates below and register with the towns adult education department.

Thanks everyone it was great to be back on the track in some capacity. I definitely do miss skating. I swear Grad school will be over soon and I'll be back at practice before you know it.

Will be back on the track with the CT Roller Girls tonight only instead of skates I'll have hoops and instead of Pam TERROR! I'll be Lady Blaze at the Season Opener. Go now! ;)
