The first Monday in October is National Child Health Day. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Here are somethings you can do with your children today!
1) Talk to them about their health and mental health.
2) Ask them if they have any worries at home or at school.
3) Ask them if they feel good about their body, mind and heart!
4) Talk about what you can do as a family for your self care
5) Tell that that you love them and that you care!
