Hello everyone! I want to introduce myself to those who don’t know me. My name is Charna and I am an Early Learning Coach and Consultant. I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for the past 23 years, starting out as a Head Start teacher and filling many roles along the way. Here are some of my favorite things:
-My children and grandchildren -My fur baby, Eira. -Being in nature -Travel, reading and anything involving lakes and oceans I am on a mission to support families, caregivers and teachers embrace what sparks joy as they engage with children to build their brains.
I am excited to get started in sharing content that supports early learning, is rooted in the brain science and sparks joy in children and adults, alike! I am hoping to build a lovely little community of followers committed to supporting children to grow, develop and thrive! Thank you for following along on my journey. Nursery rhymes are so wonderful for building pre-reading skills and I rarely see them being introduced to young children in classrooms!
