🗣️ The Power of Words
"Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble."
— Yehuda Berg
Every word we speak carries energy. It can heal or hurt, uplift or tear down. A few kind words might be enough to brighten someone’s darkest day. But careless or harsh words can leave wounds that linger for years.
👉 Choose your words with intention. Speak to encourage, support, and connect, not to judge, hurt, or divide.
💬 Words are free — but the impact they leave is not.

💔 "The heart will break, but broken live on." 💔
There are times when our hearts ache so deeply, it feels like we can't go on. But somehow, even when our hearts are shattered, we continue to live, to move forward. Only time has the power to heal, and in those fragile moments, we learn to grow stronger.
So, don’t be afraid when your heart breaks, because that’s when you find a deeper version of yourself. 💪🌱

This quote by Joseph Brodsky really makes me reflect on how poetry helps us simplify our thoughts and see the world more clearly, while reducing the clutter in both speech and thinking. Do you agree with this perspective? 🤔
