Since recording this and re-membering my North Star is travel, the thing that ALWAYS manifests easily in my life, Allah (God/The Universe) has and is orchestrating life FOR ME to move forward aligned and excited. Life is flowing because I accept and honor MY OWN FLOW.

🪐The only thing that is constant in The Universe is change. This is a challenging thing to accept when it comes to my lifestyle, habits, & beliefs about myself and the world. Each day, I’m reminded of my prayers for change, for growth & expansion, and that perhaps the very things I hold onto are holding me back from what I desire. This is why I feel stuck.

I was guided to run to focus and still my mind to receive answers to questions I don’t even know I have and to see pathways I don’t even realize are there! Here’s a lesson 🏃🏾‍♀️

Either way, the state of our external relationships reflect the state of our relationship with ourselves and Life/God/Allah/The Universe/Spirit. ✨

I’ve learned that Life is all about being more Self-Centered, when you know who you are, that is not at all egotistical.

🪷Sharing this because WE need to hear it!!

I say this from a place of Presence, not perfection nor completion. I’m currently in the opportunity to choose the clear path OR repeat the lesson.

Mind you…all the “mountains” I put up before creating this video, were removed, easily. Confirming for me that creating this travel video is in alignment with my clear path…so it’s my Faith staring me in the face like, “you gon walk, flee, or freeze.” WE GON WALK THIS TIME. 🎨Hope it inspires because that thing, in the back of your mind, that is positive, yet you’re avoiding it because [insert excuse], could be the answer to ALOT of prayers. Here’s your sign to take a baby step towards it 🏃🏾‍♀️

✨I started running strictly out of OBEDIENCE, I did not want to AT ALL & in my obedience, I’ve been learning SO much about myself, my body, and my mind through my own process of running (I started with 10 secs & losing my breath…im now at 34 mins clean breathing 👏🏾). I’m grateful for the lessons & how they translate into & simplify my everyday life. Here’s a tidbit. 🎙️
