As Mary Meffert concludes her two-year term as President of the Comal ISD Council of PTAs, we wanted to extend our deepest gratitude for her incredible service.
Mary’s leadership has been a guiding light for this organization, but it is her friendship and genuine approachability that have truly set her tenure apart. We are especially grateful for her willingness to explain the nuances of Board roles and her patience in ensuring every voice was understood.
Our Board is as strong and cohesive as it is today because of the foundation she has built and the standard of excellence she modeled.
Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our students, our schools, and to each of us. 💐🩷

Wildling Wonderings!
Wildling Wanderings is built on the understanding that today's children are overstimulated, under-rested, and disconnected from the one environment that has always regulated the human nervous system: nature. Our program weaves together occupational therapy principles, physical movement, mindfulness, and sensory integration, all without a single screen in sight.

Reminder, we have training on tomorrow April 28th 10am at district office. This training is for anyone who wants to learn about financial reconciliation and how/when to file the 990. If you have already appointed your reconciliation committee, please invite them. Encourage your treasurer and other board members to attend. We will have a Q & A for all things PTA at the end.
