I did it! I am so excited—my very first podcast episode is LIVE on Spotify! 🎉

Honestly, I thought I’d never start a podcast because there’s already so much out there, and a lot of it can feel like just noise. But I knew in my heart I wanted to share stories of people who are making an impact—in my life, in our community, and in our world. Not just to brag about them or flood them with light and love, but to encourage others to do the same. And I especially want their struggles to be seen, because those are what make their stories so powerful.

In this first episode, Chelsea Dishinger shared her story and inspired me deeply. Two big takeaways:
1️⃣ Never take offense. Don’t let people get under your skin—because you know what they say about opinions.
2️⃣ Keep moving forward even when things don’t look the way you envisioned, or the outcome isn’t what you expected. Chelsea said, “keep going until it fails.” And I always say, “there is no failure, only feedback.”

That hit me. I’ve already discovered things about my course and my projects that I’ll do differently next time, but for now, I’m committed to finishing strong. Because here’s the truth: high achievers and risk takers often see “failure” long before it arrives and are tempted to abandon ship. But what we see as failure, others may not even notice.

So, just keep going. That’s the message of this first episode. And I couldn’t be more grateful to Chelsea for sharing her wisdom and heart.

So many of us go through life on autopilot—rushing from one task to the next without truly noticing what’s happening around us. We’re just too busy to think.
🤔 Too busy to take into consideration any awareness about the people we’re communicating with and how to most effectively engage with them.
🤔 Too busy to notice when our health is being sacrificed for the sake of productivity.
🤔 Too busy to pause long enough to recognize the emotions behind our actions or the impact they’re having on those we love most.
🤔 Too busy to be aware of how much time we spend scrolling or how the digital residue of the content we consume lingers long after the scroll has stopped.
🤔 Too busy to see the quiet ways we’ve let commitments slide by the wayside.
🤔 Too busy to notice that perfectionism might actually be a clever disguise for fear.

That’s why awareness is absolutely vital.

In today’s release of Module 2, Video 1 from the Dreamweaver Course, we’re talking about Generating Awareness—the very first waypoint in the G.E.A.R. framework: Generate, Evaluate, Activate, Recalibrate.

Awareness is where the entire journey begins. It’s not something you master once and move on from. It’s a daily practice something you adapt and return to in your relationships, your career, your service to the community, your health, and even your inner spiritual life. When you generate awareness, you create the foundation for everything else.

In this video, we look at awareness through the lens of mind, body, and spirit—because you really can’t have one without the other.

🧠 The mind allows us to observe our thoughts and bring clarity to where we’re headed.

🧘 The body anchors us in the present, teaching us to notice stress signals, nervous system responses, and the energy we carry.
🙏 And the spirit gives us a deeper sense of purpose and connection, guiding us with wisdom that goes beyond logic alone.

When all three are integrated, awareness becomes a powerful practice instead of just an abstract idea.
