This 30-minute class combines simple athletic cardio, strength-focused intervals, and dedicated core work for a workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

In just 30 minutes, we move through lower body strength, upper body work, endurance burners, mat work, and core using simple, effective exercises that keep things interesting without complicated choreography.
You'll choose the weights that work for you, move to the beat, and leave feeling stronger than when you started.

Mixtape Walk + Arms combines easy-to-follow indoor walking moves with light upper-body work, all set to your favorite hits from the '80s, '90s, and '00s. Think marching, step touches, and feel-good movement—no choreography or dance experience required.
This class is perfect for:

Each week is intentionally structured as a complete program from Monday to Thursday, not just individual classes on a calendar.
We carefully balance intensity and muscle focus so you can show up consistently without repeating the same stress on your body day after day.
And the days with 2 stacked classes?
Those sessions are designed to complement each other, creating a connected training experience that builds across both classes while supporting balance and variety. If you take both, they work especially well together, but each class is still effective and complete on its own if you can only make one.
A full week of movement, built to support consistency, energy, and balance.

This low-impact, bodyweight class is designed to build lower body endurance through athletic movement patterns like squats, lunges, knee drives, and more.
You'll move through short intervals with built-in recovery breaks so you can work hard while staying in control. No jumping required, and modifications are always offered.
We'll finish with focused mat-based core work to round out a complete 30-minute workout.
