Happy Reformation Eve followers! I know some were wondering how the soccer team did last weekend in the Championship match! I apologize for the delay in results, but I was hoping for the team pic LHWL took before the game to put with the post, but unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to get it! Our Wildcats put up a GREAT fight, having a 1-1 tie at half time. They did come up short in the end, but our players and fans couldn’t help but be proud of everything this young team accomplished! 2nd place was a much bigger accomplishment than anyone expected, and our 8th graders were a great example of teamwork and leadership. Congratulations on a job well done Wildcats!

Looking to next week, our boys basketball team will begin practice Wednesday and Thursday until 4:30. There will be one team for grades 5-8. If you plan to play and haven’t gotten a physical yet, please do so ASAP! You must have one to practice or play! Mr. Manthei and Ms. Kim will be coaching again this year.

We are also offering cheerleading for our girls grades 5-8 if we are able to find a coach. If you or someone you know (18 or older) is interested in coaching, please contact Mr. Manthei. Again, you must have a physical to participate.

Have a wonderful Reformation and Halloween, and don’t forget to turn your clocks back an hour on Saturday!

Our Wildcats traveled to Toledo, OH tonight to take on Trinity Lutheran. Both volleyball and soccer played great matches, coming up just short! Our soccer team lost 3-2 and the volleyball team took one game of the three game set. Neither team was too disappointed though...Toledo games mean Chick-fil-a! 🎉 Great work tonight Wildcats!
