This parent shares how her middle schooler went from reading simple 3-letter words to reading chapter books in just months.

That kind of growth does not happen through guessing strategies, memorization, or “waiting for it to click.” It happens through the right instruction, consistency, and teachers who are properly trained in structured literacy and the Science of Reading.

The reality is that many educators were never fully trained in how reading and spelling actually develop. That’s why so many struggling readers continue to fall through the cracks despite being bright, capable children.
