Star Kids provides scholarship opportunities for high risk, low-income children who have a parent wit in Fairhaven, MA, desired to "give back" to the community.
Founded in 2000 by Dr. Timothy Flanigan, Star Kids Scholarship Program founded in 2000, serving the Newport/Fall River area, quickly discovered many children eligible for the program in the greater New Bedford community.
