Praying for the family and friends of Karoline Heintz as they struggle to understand how and why this tragedy happened.

In a brief interview with Jordan Cioppa of WTAE, we offered our deepest condolences to a family and community who have been thrust into the unimaginable.

Tragedies like this are why we remain so passionately committed to raising awareness of dating violence among our youth. If our program saves even one life, every effort is worth it.

Please come alongside us and lift Karoline’s family, her friends, and the entire community in prayer. The grief of losing a child to violent homicide is a lifelong journey no parent should ever have to walk.

May they feel surrounded by love, strength, and prayer in the days ahead 🙏

There is no comfortable way around a death anniversary. You simply endure it and find the strength to get through.

This weekend, our church, Cornerstone Ministries, held its annual Weekend, setting aside traditional services to serve our community through acts of love and kindness. Demi’s Aunt Tammy Grimes was nominated for several home projects, and we were honored to spend the afternoon helping complete them.

Serving Tammy in honor of Demi reminded us that love continues through action. We believe with all our hearts that this would have made Demi smile, and it brought light into what is usually one of the darkest and most difficult days of the year.

To end the day we made one more meaningful stop to Shelly Pie Pizza in Turtle Creek. It brought back so many cherished memories of the countless meals we shared there with Jake. Those moments, and the memories they hold, are treasures we will always carry with us.

Today, grief met purpose, service, and remembrance. And for that, we are deeply grateful. ❤️

Happy Birthday Dem ♥️

Now Scheduling for the 2026–2027 School Year

The conversations we have today can save lives tomorrow. Schools have a unique opportunity to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to recognize the warning signs of unhealthy relationships, make safe choices, and know when and how to seek help.

Our Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Program delivers a powerful, real-life message that resonates with students long after the presentation ends. If you are a principal, superintendent, guidance counselor, or school administrator, we invite you to contact us today to reserve a date for the 2026–2027 school year. Availability is limited, and our schedule fills quickly.

Together, we can educate, empower, and help prevent dating violence; one school, one student, one conversation at a time.

Contact us today to book your presentation. [email protected]
