My name is Logan Canerdy. I have 5 years of experience playing at the JUCO/Division 1 level and going into my second year of coaching. I coach the offensive line at North Pontotoc high school.
Starting next Saturday all throughout the rest of the school year and summer, I will be ramping back up training for 7th-12th high school offensive lineman!

I began One Step Ahead training it has been a real success! I have trained 7 total offensive linemen, 3 of them are starting and the other 3 will be in a competition battle to start this spring! With one graduating in May.

My pricing for OL training is very reasonable compared to most personal trainers. 30$ for 1 hour or 50$ for 2 hrs (would be broken up into 2 sessions)

I will also start offering speed/plyo training for all positions as well. I take pride in being fast and explosive no matter the size!

What’s up everyone, the season is 2025 high football season is coming to an end, and I hope everyone has had a great season.

With that being said, with the offseason coming around it’s time to get some guys back in the lab to perfect their craft! 7th-12th grade offensive lineman any and all are welcome.

My motto is to be one step ahead of my competition, and it’s hard to stay ahead when all your son is doing during the offseason is during the last block or period of the day. It’s the extra work the details that is put into this position that makes a kid great.

One of the best features as an offensive lineman is your feet and how quickly you can move them, whether that is laterally or vertically.
