Reports To: Building Principal/ Supervisor, or other administrator if needed
Effective date: 10/1/2026
Salary Range: Candidates will be placed on guide according to qualifying experience ($46,484 - $63,484) Pending negotiations

Position Summary: The above full-time positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year. Successful candidate(s) will serve a ninety (90) day probationary period and be required to obtain a Black Seal license within eighteen (18) months of hire.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Black Seal License
• Experience and general knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior, including snow removal.
• Ability to operate school heating, ventilating and air conditioning system
• Able to make minor repairs and painting, filter replacement, light bulb maintenance, furniture moving
• Able to develop a routine to manage their cleaning run
• Familiarity with current technology, able to enter electronic work orders and process email
