I know some of you are having a difficult time submitting completed assignments. If you are coming by this week to pick up your students' belongings, please feel free to turn in any completed work for your 5th grader. This does apply only to 5th grade. I do not want to speak for any other grade level teams.

Living Things Change: Crash Course Kids video -
Have you ever heard of the Peppered Moth? It's a great example of how living things can change because their environment has changed. And it's not just them! There used to be giant insects roaming the world, but they got smaller through time because their environments changed. In this episode of Crash Course Kids, Sabrina gives us some examples of how and why living things change because of their environments. (She does talk a little fast, so when you watch the video, click on settings and change the speed to either 0.75 or 0.5.)
