I remember the first time a woman in my gym did a Flex Friday post.
It was 2012.
She was nervous to share it. Genuinely nervous.
She posted anyway.
And something shifted in our community that day β¦ eveyone was proud to show their muscles π₯°
Fast forward to today.
You can now get a prescription, take a shot, and be 30 lbs lighter by summer.
Skinny has literally never been more accessible.
And look β¦Iβm not here to judge that.
But hereβs what I know after 14 years of coaching women:
You can fake a lot of things in life.
You can fake wealth.
You can fake confidence.
You can fake a lot.
But you cannot fake muscle.
That is built with effort!
When I see a woman with a strong, sculpted physiqueβ¦I know exactly what that cost her.
Nobody handed her that.
So on this Flex Friday, I have more respect than ever for the women who are still choosing to build.
