Self-Care Sunday at Radnor Lake State Park ☀️🐢🌿
This morning’s teachers came with shells, feathers, and zero interest in rushing. 💙
A whole line of turtles stretched out in the sunshine…
Geese quietly gathered near the water…
And one beautiful reminder kept floating through my mind:
Rest is productive too. ☺️
Nature has a way of regulating our nervous systems without saying a single word. A quiet hike, fresh air, sunlight on the water, birdsong, and the simple act of slowing down can do wonders for the brain, body, and spirit.
