Week Two starts today! Excited to have and with us as teachers this week. More Picture Book Playmaking from our 5-7s. And at the end of the week, we will have a World Premiere from our ages 10-14 Story Forge group. Pumped for the week ahead!

Week one of Summer camps - Done!
A massive success and a joyful week of kindness, creativity, and connection! Mega thankful for .g.wolf and for making this week a reality through their tireless and skillful work with these young people.
Bring on Week 2!
This is .g.wolf. She's teaching World Weavers this week, and she brought Turkish decorations, proverbs, rugs, and language, because this is her own culture.
World Weavers is where 8 to 10-year-olds dig into a folktale from somewhere in the world, learn the story from the inside out, and perform it for families on Friday. When the teaching artist knows the culture firsthand, something different happens in the room.

Theatre should be a place where young people don’t have to change who they are to belong. Where everyone: kids, adults, artists, educators, parents can grow, take risks, and be fully seen as they are - every single beautiful bit.

First day of camps at Stanford Elementary! It's the beginning of a FULL summer of joy, learning, compassion, collaboration, and creation!
