October First Friday Concert!!! We performed Beethoven, Debussy, Mozart, and Barber.

First Friday piano concert was a huge success!!! We performed pieces by Bach, Beethoven, Pierne, Chopin, and Rachmaninov.

Furthermore, we had THE LARGEST crowd we’ve EVER had! Every seat was taken!!! Thank you to our audience for showing up and supporting LSOM and Lipscomb Piano Studio!!!🎹🎹🎹

Our last First Friday Concert of the Spring semester was a success! Congrats Lipscomb Piano Studio on a awesome performance. Coming up, Thomas Butler will have his junior recital on Thursday, April 11th at 7:00 p.m.

Last night, the studio heard a stunning piano duo performance by Dr. Jerry Reed and Ms. Elizabeth Pridonoff. Their program included outstanding pieces by Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Busoni, and Bolcom.

The studio’s first First Friday concert of 2024 was a success! Piano performance majors Matthew Martin and Easton Ball each performed Bach Partitas.

Congratulations to Justin Alcorn and Journey Thouin on ending their senior year with two fabulous recitals. We look forward to following your future accomplishments!

On Sunday night, March 26th, Matthew Martin and Anthony Zamora gave impressive performances of Beethoven and Chopin piano concertos, alongside Dr. Reed on second piano. They played these difficult works brilliantly!

The studio's last First Friday Concert of the semester also happened to fall on Good Friday. The program was eclectic, featuring works from Bach to Messiaen. Everyone played beautifully! What a wonderful way to end the semester!
