None of this happened by accident.

Every one of these is a real shift advisors made after a week of working through it with someone who's actually solved it before: a tax strategist, an operations coach, a mindset coach, a rebrand expert, a lawyer who's seen a hundred succession plans go right and wrong. Not a keynote. A room.
