Now this is something to write about!
For the first time ever, two U.S. shelters have found homes for every single dog in their care.
That’s why we’re proud to support Bonaparte's Retreat through the Injury Board 2025 Helping Paws Initiative because every dog deserves that same happy ending. 🐾

For the first time ever, two animal shelters in the U.S. have reached an incredible milestone, completely empty dog kennels! ❤️
The Adams County SPCA in Pennsylvania cleared every kennel for the first time in 47 years, while Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control in Florida also announced that every dog in one of their kennels had found a loving home.
Thanks to the compassion of adopters, fosters, and rescue partners, every single pup now has a warm bed and a family to call their own.
Moments like these remind us just how powerful community kindness can be. If you’ve ever thought about adopting, there’s no better time, you could be the reason another kennel stands empty… for all the right reasons.
