📚🔬 Research Opportunity 🔬📚

MTSU is seeking interested school districts and K–5 self-contained special education teachers for Fall 2026!

Please share with your special education colleagues and administrators.

Color Quest is a classroom-wide behavior support system designed to increase positive behavior, improve student engagement, and reduce disruptive behavior during challenging instructional periods in special education classrooms (ideally self contained classrooms). The intervention requires minimal additional teacher time and includes training, materials, implementation support, and participation incentives.

Interested in learning more or bringing Color Quest to your district?

Opportunity to help with research:

" Dear Colleagues:

You are invited to participate in a survey about understanding school psychologists’ interpretation of psychoeducational assessment data. We believe that the results of this study will provide valuable information to school-based practitioners, researchers, trainers, and policy makers in better understanding the decision-making patterns and contributing factors to psychoeducational assessment. Participants must be currently practicing as a school psychologist in a school setting in the United States.

This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board (Protocol -0348) at Texas A&M University. Participation is voluntary and is anticipated to take about 30-45 minutes or less to complete.

All responses will be kept strictly confidential. Participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to get one of twenty $200 gift cards as a gesture of gratitude for their time and effort.

If you are interested in participating in the current study, please select the following link:
