Thermography is a non-invasive, non radiation tool to take a look at what is going on beneath the surface of the body.
I've been seeing for my scans and she's been amazing at educating me and working with me to help me stay healthy.
If you've never had a thermography scan before, I highly recommend it because it's so simple and tells you a lot about what you need to pay attention to in your body to help improve your health.

I needed to get this out.
Taking personal responsibility is not fun.
It's hard. It's messy. It's humbling.
But you have to go down to get up.
You never have to do it alone.
There are professionals like myself who are out there to help you.
Find them. Be honest with them. They'll help you out.
If you can't stay consistent at the gym, it's because you're doing one major thing wrong.
You need people around you, even if it's just one person, holding you accountable to doing what you said you would do.
This is going to increase your chance of success in hitting your goals exponentially.
We all know that we aren't motivated to go where people aren't hoping and expecting to see us.
Make a change, and make at least one new friend at the gym.
Tag your gym fam, and if you don't have a workout buddy, go BE a workout buddy

Don't be afraid to load up the plate. It's okay to eat more.
In fact, you're probably not eating enough.
To keep the metabolism burning you need to fuel your body. You can't burn without fuel.
Eat more and your body will learn to use that fuel effectively.
Action step: add in a half- fist sized extra portion to your meals. Try it for a while and then add some more.
Under no circumstances should you be eating less than 1400 calories. You're not a child.
Eat more and move your body and you'll be just fine.
