These are some of my fav exercises to get my mixed voice, mixing. š¤Ŗ
Master Vocal
Helping you discover the value and authority of your unique voice
Both of these exercises provide a relaxed state for the cords to rehab.
A low larynx afforded by the vowel in both exercises loosen the tense grip we tend to keep.
The vocal fry when done properly here, slows down the vibration of the folds to a snails pace without becoming breathy or strident.
Save this for your next vocal therapy warmup!

Big stage confidence is easy.
Small room control is earned.
Most singers avoid the room that would actually grow them.
The small room isnāt the problem.
Itās the mirror.
This one is for all my breath - o - holics š
Why?
Ya gotta strengthen the air control valve (ie: your vocal cords).
Comment āstrengthā and Iāll send you something extra š«¶š¼
These two are CLUTCH for gentle therapy on a tired voice.
The SOVT nature of the muffled tongue trills help the cords easily connect.
The musicality of the trumpet sound helps get you out of your head and closes those cords.
Both some of my favs.
Try āem.
Save for later āļø

Most singers think joy is a result of good singing.
Itās not.
Itās a requirement for it.
If your nervous system is locked in pressure, control, and overthinking⦠your voice will follow that pattern every single time.
But when you train from a place of engagement, curiosity, and play, your voice organizes itself differently.
Thatās where:
Ā Ā Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā consistency shows up
Ā Ā Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā freedom shows up
Ā Ā Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā performance actually works
This is why in Training Club we donāt just train repsā¦
We train how your body and brain experience singing under pressure.
