Prioritizing health was the start of a journey to the most beautiful season of our lives.
If you don’t yet know my story, I started preparing for pregnancy for over 2 years before trying to conceive. It’s the best thing I ever did. I credit the unusual ease, bliss, comfort, energy and joy in pregnancy and postpartum to the grace of God and the work I put in on the front end.
