🌱 Splendid Philadelphia garden. I know alot about kilns, but my customer Suzanne has a lot to teach me about gardening! What does it take to have a garden like this? Not much- just get up every morning at the break of dawn and start weeding by 6AM. Work as long as you can in your garden every day of your life and you might get close to this 😂

📝 Firing Log…On the L&L Dynatrol (Bartlett V6-CF), you can check your current firing log by pressing the review program button. Pressing review program will show you your currently loaded program along with all of its parameters, cone number, pre-heats, holds etc…At the end, it will say “fire” and a number- that number is your lifetime firing log on the controller. This is useful information, especially if you make a note of the firing log at the time of your repairs. For instance, you can tell how many firings have been completed since your last heating element replacement, or how many firings ago you changed a relay or thermocouple, IF you made a note of your log at that time. Note taking can seem like a task, but when it comes to firing ceramics…diligent note taking about your clay, glazes, firings, and cone results can really help with honing in on consistent successful firings 🔥
